MEDITATION ONLY – For the clients who want to delve deeper into the meditation/mind coaching aspect.
Giving us chance to develop & tailor a practise – best suited to their needs.

We will devote the whole time to their inner work.

MEDITATE & MOVE (AM)

REBOOT & RECHARGE – A morning/daytime suited practise. Dividing the session equally into – meditation work & body work.

Refreshing the mind & energizing the body – to set you up for that perfect day.

Covering all bases approach.

MEDITATE & MOVE (PM)

RESET & RESTORE – A perfect evening practise or for anyone in need of de-stressing & recovering from life’s events.
Hit the pause button – allow yourself to let go of any negative build up & enjoy the restorative nature of this practise.

*We offer a wide range of options & combinations, from the way you start your day – to the way you end your day. The mind/body split is determined by your requirements & fully adaptable to your needs.
