Where can you practise? 
Home – Together we can work on a program so you can comfortably practise in the privacy of your own home.
Outdoor – Any beach or outside area we won’t get disturbed.

What we need – A small quiet, undisturbed space for meditation – suitable enough if doing the physical element. 

Group Training

Why practise in a group?

 To gain connection, accountability & support of the group.
– Group encouragement, activity & social interaction.

Suitable for: Any fitness level & ability as suitable adaptations will be given during the class.
